As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult and parent of a neurodivergent child, I understand how important it is to feel seen — not labelled or “managed.”
My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, grounded in lived experience and clinical training.
I offer a safe space for:
♾️ Autistic and ADHD clients (diagnosed or self-identified)
👪 Parents raising neurodivergent children
🧘 People exploring identity, sensory needs, or emotional regulation
🎭 Adults working through masking, burnout, or late-diagnosis adjustment

A late diagnosis of autism or ADHD can shift everything —
not just how you see yourself today, but how you make sense of your past.
It can bring relief, but also grief: for the child who didn’t get the support or understanding they needed, or the adult who kept trying to “push through” and couldn’t understand why it was so hard.
This space is for untangling that.
Together, we honour what you've been through, explore what this new understanding brings up, and figure out how to move forward with self-trust, clarity, and renewed hope.

I walk alongside you — both emotionally and sometimes quite literally — as we untangle what’s going on and make space for growth, clarity, and peace.
